Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and Community Sites. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Assist in implementing Salesforce integrations with other business systems and third-party applications. Utilize Salesforce Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies to deliver robust solutions. Follow security protocols and data protection measures to ensure the confidentiality and availability of systems. Develop and maintain Salesforce workflows, process builders, approval processes, technical documentation and metadata. Help investigate and resolve operational alarms, exceptions, and failures by identifying root causes. Identify and recommend opportunities for process and system improvements. Work with teams, stakeholders, and customers to understand business requirements and goals. Participate in the development and implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science or software engineering. 3+ years of experience in software engineering or related field Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning preferred components, and Salesforce integrations. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, familiarity with Salesforce Finance Service Cloud, and OmniStudio a plus. Experience with RESTful APIs and understanding of cloud-based platforms (AWS or Azure is a plus). Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms. Proficiency with modern source control (Git), test automation and CI/CD (Gearset, Git actions) tools and practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team A passion for staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends. The expected salary range for this position is between: $80,340.00 - $126,593.00 The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
