RESPONSIBILITIES
(Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following):
Successfully solves business problems by extending and enhancing Movement's software Collaborates with the Product Manager, business leaders, stakeholders and customers to understand their strategic and tactical needs and translate them into product requirements. Contributes to defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and goals for your area. Creates and maintains a clear and visible product backlog, ensuring well-defined and estimated user stories based on business value and technical dependencies that are in line with the product roadmap. Works closely with the development team, participating in team ceremonies, providing clarifications on user stories and ensuring alignment with the product vision. Creates process flow documentation and business requirements Actively manages deployment content, performs testing to ensure platform stability during and after releases Monitors product performance and user feedback to guide future product iterations. Works closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption. Conducts market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends. Provides regular updates on product progress to stakeholders and the product team. Confidently presents system demos, trainings, focus groups, and business meetings As required, provides day to day escalation and system support to end user QUALIFICATIONS

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Strong written and oral communication skills to communicate with team members, other departments, upper management, and partners Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multi-task, and work well under pressure Demonstrability curious, positive, and creative Cooperative ability to adapt and manage change in the workplace Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize based on business value. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. The expected salary range for this position is between: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
