Associate Attorney

The Sechler Law Firm is on the lookout for a passionate Associate Attorney to join their team. As part of this job, you will expertly manage the entirety of a client’s proceedings, including interacting with customers, giving deep explanations of the law, preparing and analyzing paperwork, constructing trust provisions, and taking part in sales conferences. Responsibilities: • Responsible for Drafting and Reviewing Estate Plan documents • Perform legal research, prepare for and attend hearings or other legal proceedings, and give general counsel under the supervision of senior associate attorneys • Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently • Draft and review for accuracy documents such as wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, etc. • Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action • Keep files organized to make sure the most recent updates are accessible to other attorneys, paralegals, and staff Qualifications: • At least two years of substantial involvement in the field of Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate • Membership in the American Bar Association in good standing and able to be actively engaged • Willingness to take instruction from senior legal personnel to serve client requirements and expand our consumer base • Adequate oral and written communication skills, as well as the capability to address issues innovatively • Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited school of law and qualification to practice in the relevant state
