Coupa Software is seeking an Executive Support professional to provide exceptional, high quality and professional IT support to Coupa Executive Leadership. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide a "White Glove" experience to our executives to ensure their technology needs are met and that they remain highly productive.

What you will do:

Advocating for the technology needs of the executive teamLiaison between the Executives and IT stakeholder and coordinating changes that impact the executive team and reviewing communicationsSupport provisioning and deprovisioning of hardware, software and accountsTroubleshoot, install and maintain hardware/peripherals and software issuesEnsure executive devices comply with IT Security guidelinesProvide scheduled and after-hours support, including off-site support for meetings and conferences.Provide onsite (office) and remote support for IT related issues as neededTravel with the CEO to provide necessary IT support.Keep abreast with industry shifts and of advancements in technology related to the executive's needsMaintain AV hardware and assist on keeping the Zoom service in an optimal operational orderFacilitate execution of planned events by setting up audio-visual equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a successful meetingMaintain IT Asset database and stock managementManage end-user devices (macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android) using endpoint management tools.What you will bring to Coupa:

5-7 years of executive support experience and demonstrated high-level interpersonal skillsB. S. in Computer Science or equivalent IT experienceProblem-Solving and Decision-Making: Offer solutions to technical and logistical issues, and make decisions that align with the executive's prioritiesFlexibility and Availability: Be responsive to requests outside normal business hours, and adapt to changing schedules and prioritiesStrong fundamentals in mobile (iOS/Android), macOS, Windows and printer managementExtensive knowledge of home office network systemsStrong ticketing system experience (e.g. Fresh Service, Service Now, Zendesk)Strong knowledge and experience supporting SaaS Collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack)Hands on experience with Azure AD, Active Directory, Okta and Group Policy and endpoint management solutions (e.g. MS Intune, Jamf, WorkspaceOne, ManageEngine)Familiar with setup and troubleshooting of conference room equipment (examples below): Zoom, Neat equipment, Poly Equipment, DTEN Equipment, MacOS and Windows OSExemplary communications skills to work with Coupa executivesExperience with working with a mix of local & globally distributed teamsWillingness to travel at a moments noticeAbility to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalismEmpathy for end users and a passion for frictionless user experience
