based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote.

Do you love following trends? Do you love tracking consumer behavior? Do you love new products? Do you love all things cranberries? We are looking for a creative, passionate and innovation-loving Sr. Brand Manager to lead our Foods Business Innovation team.

The Sr. Brand Manager is responsible for identifying new product growth opportunities as well as identifying key consumer insights/needs, gaps and defining the best way to bring them to market. You will lead development of a 3+ year innovation pipeline, which includes leading cross-functional teams from product platform ideation all the way to launch. Additionally, you will own the P&L for respective platforms and are responsible for the management and development of a direct report. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, traditional CPG marketing experience and someone who is eager to play a critical role on our Foods team.

A Day in the Life:

Develop, iterate against, and execute a 3-year innovation pipeline to deliver against brand and corporate objectives and strategies

Lead development and execution of product platforms including packaging design, customer sell in and tracking of in-market performance, working hand-in-hand with cross functional team

Partner with Insights team to consolidate trends, analytical data and consumer learnings into actionable plans and relevant retailer sell-in presentations

Work in close partnership with R&D and Culinary Team to translate concept ideas into product deliverables

Partner with Go-to-market and Sales teams to understand and integrate customer strategies into Innovation strategies

Work with sales and insights teams to deliver best-in-class Innovation forecast accuracy. Track in-market performance to ensure identified KPIs are met

Own project P&Ls, managing overall innovation budget including A&P spending for assigned product responsibility

Develop marketing personnel through coaching, appropriate supervision, and feedback

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA Preferred

5+ years of relevant experience

Strong analytical skills: ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan

Ability to work independently, and solve problems by leveraging multiple function support

Ability to balance multiple priorities at one time

Travel 10%

Experience with Nielsen and/or IRI is preferred

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required) Master's Degree (Preferred)

At least 7 Years of Experience
