The right candidate will have 2+ years of current tele experience (including Neuro experience) and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact.Travelers must pass a dysrhythmia exam upon offer with 2 max attempts.There is also a pass/fail Sim Lab on Day 1 of orientation (study guides will be provided with the first day instructions).COVID vaccine is required or declination form with appropriate documentation AND hospital approval.Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience - must be recent, within the past 6 months.COVID vaccine is required, or religious or medical declination form (with appropriate documentation).Pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of receiving offer, through RELIAS, only (with 2 MAX attempts).There will be a Pass/Fail exam on day 1 of orientation, with an emphasis on sterile field. Study materials will be provided with first day instructions, so please make sure travelers are up to date on proper sterile techniques.Schedule Information

Shifts: 12 hr shifts. 7-7.Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.First to float, could float to sister facility, Mercy GilbertUnit Specific Information

Unit: D4 NeuroNumber of beds: 28Ratios: 1:3-4Charge Nurse: Yes, no patient assignment. Also have a Clinical Supervisor in a management role.Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Neuro post surgical, post cranis, spine, CVAs post TPA.Additional Details
