Heartists.Institute suitable audit processes to track efficacy of training and liaise closely with
L&D Manager
to align training execution with needs and expectations.Travel to ibis hotels in the region to deliver training by utilizing various learning methods across behavioral, soft skills & brand standards.
QualificationsExcellent presentation and communication skills.High on integrity, self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about the job.Excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork.Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Go-getter, comfortable taking ownership and expanding the scope of responsibilities.Proficient in MS Office Suite.
