Successful candidates will take a consultative-based sales approach and thrive in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment. You’ll have the opportunity to influence our process and solution as an early member of our sales organization. Our team works cross-functionally with all AnyRoad stakeholders to help solve customer challenges while providing a great experience. What You'll Do

Achieve sales quota for assigned territory and/or accounts selling into the AnyRoad install base and target accounts within our ICPMaintain appropriate outbound sales activity to ensure healthy pipeline managementExecute Land and Expand account plans as needed based on deal size and complexity of the audienceStrong understanding of AnyRoad product and service portfolio to perform online and onsite product demonstrations to qualified prospectsMarket knowledge selling into consumer/customer experience space, data analytics solutions or marketing technologies/persona (prior experience in consumer products)Understanding and adoption of sales methodology to deliver a consultative sales/buying processBe a subject matter expert for our ICP, including but not limited to Alcohol, CPG, and ApparelMarket visits and travel to prospect and customer on-site meetings as neededWhat We're Looking For

Minimum of three years of experience selling new business, and expanding product lines within an install base.Experience working in or selling into the craft spirits industry is a plusComfort and expertise calling on and presenting to C-Suite level contacts and commercial business ownersA consultative seller with knowledge of selling a ‘platform’ into the customer or consumer experience industry. Previous experience selling into Craft Spirits and Breweries is idealVery active, fearless, ready to make phone calls, etc., entrepreneurial and self-starter with a new business mindsetA relationship-builder and networker who can quickly establish credibility and build trust with prospects and existing customerThrive in solving complex problems with a solution (products/services) that can scale across mid-market entitiesExcellent at managing relationships across leadership and buying teamsDemonstrated history of quota achievement/overachievementWilling to experiment, iterate and help evolve a sales process as we scaleWinning mindset - comfortable selling in a startup environmentInquisitive and curiousProjects You Might Work On

Working with Sales leadership to identify primary and secondary audiences to target inside and outside of your funnel based on product-market-fitSourcing new leads, accounts and contacts to expand our targetable audience in SalesforceCollaborate with company executives and post-sale teams on sales cycles with new and existing customersInvestigate and resolve prospect problems with deliveries, payments, product use, or implementation (as required)Provide feedback (customer/prospect needs, industry trends, competitive intelligence, etc.) to management, marketing, and product management teamsHigh energy with the ability to excel in a fast-changing environment
