Arthrex is a global medical device company and leader in orthopedics medical education. With a corporate mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™, Arthrex has pioneered the field of arthroscopy and develops more than 1,000 innovative products and procedures each year that support all aspects of orthopedics. Our team is looking for a SAP intern to join our team in Naples, FL. The intern chosen for this position will prepare, execute, and document SAP Security rulebooks, mitigation controls control frameworks, etc. with guidance from the SAP Security team. The individual will perform GRC optimization and process documentation and will collaborate with required stakeholders to bring optimization to completion. The individual will also work within the requirements of their tasks to deliver results and communicate issues promptly and accurately.

This internship will run from May 2025 – August 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

Main Objective:

To assist our SAP Security Team with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Optimization. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, execute, and document SAP Security rulebooks, mitigation controls control frameworks, etc., with guidance from the SAP Security team.
• Support the team as needed throughout the optimization process. 
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a recent graduate, required. Junior or above studying Information Studies or Computer Science preferred. 
  (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)
• Prior experience with ERP systems preferred. 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
