Arthrex is a global medical device company and leader in orthopedics medical education. With a corporate mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™, Arthrex has pioneered the field of arthroscopy and develops more than 1,000 innovative products and procedures each year that support all aspects of orthopedics. The Digital Customer Experience team is in Naples, FL and is a group within Information Technology. We support various departments in the company, such as Communications and Marketing. The candidate we are looking for should have a background in Information Technology and have familiarity with the Microsoft 365 platform. This individual will assist in capturing and inputting requirements for our projects, learn how to troubleshoot issues in our SharePoint environment with the guidance of our Application Analysts and assist with documentation of how issues were resolved.

This internship will run from May 2025 – August 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

Main Objective:

To support the documentation of our business process, assist in the streamlining of our communication to regional stakeholders and capture requirements for platform enhancements. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help capture requirements for platform enhancements.
  • Create SharePoint sites.
  • Learn to use Azure Dev Ops.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree required. Junior or above, studying Information Technology preferred. 
    (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power App and Power Automate, Javascript and .Net programming languages preferred.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
