The Data and Analytics Center of Excellence is responsible for supporting the use of data and analytics globally, including employee upskilling and education. We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful intern to join our Data Literacy and AI Literacy programs. This role involves facilitating online communications and events for our Data & Analytics Communities, developing engaging micro-learning modules, creating insightful blog content, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for creative writing, and a passion for stakeholder engagement and change management. They should also be a creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
We are looking to hire a Spring and Summer intern. Our Spring internship will run from January 2025 – April 2025 and our Summer internship will run May 2025 – August 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

Main Objective:
To provide selected student with an opportunity to help grow the usage of data & analytics at Arthrex
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Community of Practice (COP) and Community of Interest (COI) on-line communications, workshop/meeting/event planning along with members of the communities, assist with starting new communities along with growing existing communities.
- Write, develop and publish blog articles surrounding Data and AI literacy as well as other topics from the Data and Analytics team on regular cadence.
- Organize meetings as needed to support the Data Literacy and AI Literacy programs.
- Assist with needs assessments and gap analysis interviews, as well as create documentation on interview results.
- Work with program lead and stakeholders to define future state goals and road mapping.
- Work with subject matter experts to create micro-learning modules consisting of video overviews, step-by-step instructions, checklists and similar documentation.
- Maintain and update existing modules as needed, and also develop a backlog of micro-learning modules.
- Maintain and update the Data & Analytics and AI Task Force SharePoint site.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree required. Senior or recent graduate, pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing preferred.
(Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
- Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
