On Call Requirements: No Floating policy: Yes, travelers will be required to float Patient Experience requirements: Bed side shift report is mandatory in all areas of the hospital, relief charge nurse will be expected to perform nurse leader rounding Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: Medical ICU experience in large facility, comfortable with hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management. Must be a critical thinker, flexible and works well with others. Advanced skills needed: ventilator management, critical care pharmacology (IV sedation, paralytics, vasopressors, etc), advanced hemodynamic monitoring, central line management.
