Job Objective:
The Help Desk Technician with provide technical support to employees and officers of the SEMI ARC by answering incoming calls, with in-person interactions, assigned tickets from the ticketing system, incoming support emails, and incoming support chats. Tickets Will also be assigned, by the IT Director, for the install of hardware and network equipment in any of our 40 locations as needed The technician Will be responsible for documenting, resolving or escalating the issues as needed,

Respond to emails and chats from customers seeking help with software and hardware related issues
Respond to incoming support phone calls and with In-person Interactions professionally and in a friendly manner to resolve customer technical Issues
Install and troubleshooting on hardware at any of our locations, Install and troubleshooting of LAN's in any of our locations.
Troubleshoot WAN issues as needed either over the phone or in-person
Troubleshoot mobile, VOIP and land line phones as needed or assigned.
Document interactions in ticketing system. Keeping detailed notes about problem and resolution.
Maintain a high level of courteous customer service at all times
