The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to the organization's employees. The daily duties include: Respond to customer request in person, by phone, via email, the ticketing system. Communicating effectively Problem solving and troubleshooting Diagnosing and resolving basic computer/technical issues The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Computer systems certifications are a plus; an AA or AS degree is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in an IT support role troubleshooting computer issues.
