Marketing Content Coordinator
A savvy marketing content coordinator will guide and develop the content creation process for the RHC brand. The marketing content coordinator will research and define desired target audiences, manage the content creation and publishing process, and monitor consumer and content metrics.
The marketing content coordinator has a keen eye for detail and is highly creative. A skilled marketing content coordinator should be expert storytellers and possess excellent knowledge of consumer and content trends.Marketing Content Coordinator Responsibilities:Meet with the creative, marketing, and design teams to ideate and define content goals.Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.Research marketing content and consumer trends, to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.Track consumer and content analytics and generating reports and presentations.Stay up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.Investigate the performance of a companys marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.Develop content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.Monitor all marketing and messaging effort for consistencyResearch, create and monitor content for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media.Proofreading and editing content before publishing.Ensuring that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented.Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.Coordinating with the marketing, design, and writing teams to ensure the timely delivery of assignments.Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.Marketing Content Coordinator Requirements:Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or similar experience.A minimum of three years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications or similar.A portfolio of published work.Familiarity and working knowledge with various content management systems.High proficiency and knowledge of content and layout design tools such as Adobe InCopy and InDesign.Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite.Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media.Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology.Must learn, comprehend and comply with all company policies and procedures, MICS, Gaming Regulations and Title 31 requirements.Working hours are determined by 24-hour schedule and subject to change.Other duties may be assigned as needed.

All front line management levels are required to have working knowledge of all Title 31 requirements and are required to pass a Title 31 examination.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully an individual must be at least 21 years of age and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must have basic computer aptitude, demonstrate excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and customer service skills. Must show the ability to work under team management approach. Must be willing to work any shift and weekends. The ability to speak a second language a plus.
