We're looking for a Senior Professional Services Partner Manager who will be responsible for the execution of the Professional Services subcontractor Partner Program framework for Professional Services consulting. Responsible for encouraging strong partner relationships with our current partner community in an environment with ever-evolving and changing business demands. You will assist with the capture and measurement of partner performance in alignment with their requirements of the program. You will also focus on ensuring accurate capacity planning for a strong Splunk Partner consultant ecosystem to fulfill a growing pipeline of Services opportunities. This position serves as a subject matter expert on the subcontractor program requirements, eloquent expectations, and help resolve partner issue escalations. This organizationally collaborative role will collaborate with several functions and provide consultation on partner solutions, contribute to changes and/or improvements, and guide and influence partner consultant training plans and continuing education for Splunk and key industry technologies, where needed.Success in this role will be determined by the individual’s ability to foster key Services partner relationships, identify gaps and net new service partnerships for investment, advocate for Services Partners' benefits, and inspire changes to ensure a healthy and prosperous subcontractor partner ecosystem.Responsibilities:Identify, build, and foster working relationships with services companies as well as partnering with Splunk’s Professional Services to deliver enterprise software deployment projects.Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of the Splunk brand and its products.Effectively work cross-functionally with the Global Partner Organization, Technical Enablement, and other internal stakeholders.Recruit, identify, and screen potential consulting partners and their respective candidates to fulfill geographic and domain needs.Influence our partner community to develop and build a growing business around Splunk services.Support and improve the go-to-market plan to identify, develop, and define key focus accounts to grow our partner ecosystem.Develop and provide KPI metrics of partner coverage, capabilities, and performance to deliver services based on demand.Provide reporting and metrics related to the Consulting Partner program.Understand and interpret the needs of the partner and Splunk for a mutually beneficial relationship.Be the primary point of contact for partners and Splunk Professional Services sophisticated issues with regards to the Splunk Service Partner Program.Familiarize yourself and understand Splunk and other required technologies at a high level.Requirements:Proven experience in Professional Services roles for enterprise IT software.Experience with contract management and negotiation.Experience managing multiple subcontractor partners with a bench (10+) of highly technical software consultant professionals.Effective and clear communication with services partners, channel, and Professional Services Managers.Ability to meet SLAs and aggressive deadlines.Self-motivated, independent, and self-educating, yet willing and able to work collaboratively with partner community and fellow Splunkers.Able to analyze, develop, and deploy internal processes.10 - 20% travel may be required.Splunk is an Equal Opportunity EmployerAt Splunk, we believe creating a culture of belonging isn’t just the right thing to do; it’s also the smart thing. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate.
