This is an integral position and serves to provide exceptional service and key operational support to the Talent Acquisition team. The Coordinator will strive to ensure an exceptional employee experience by orchestrating a seamless and enjoyable hiring and onboarding experience.Essential Functions:

The following functions are essential to the successful performance of this position:Provides superior administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team.Performs all steps of the employee onboarding process, including state and federal reporting, company training, training audits, and communication with managers.Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation and training.Supports the Talent Acquisition team with the hand-off for the applicant pre-employment process and ensures consistent, clear communication.Helps oversee the employee referral program.Effectively communicates start dates and onboarding information to appropriate managers.Prepares new employee onboarding events in Paylocity.Maintains updated employee training records.Assists with maintaining personnel files and records retention policies and procedures.Maintains accurate information on all appropriate Asana boards.Keeps updated employee training records.Manages and routes email correspondence to the TA team.Maintains high standards of confidentiality for all employee records and information.Facilitates communications, scheduling, reporting, and gathering of important documents for candidates and Ideal Option teams.Schedules and ensures completion of all steps of the pre-employment process with selected applicants.Coordinates provider shadowing and provides necessary follow-up with the hiring team and site staff.Connects with all new providers to gather information needed for Compliance, Employee Health, and Credentialing.Sends new provider welcome packets and other department communications.Maintains consistent contact with all provider candidates as directed in the new provider workflow.Works closely with the Provider Recruitment Team and Credentialing Team to communicate and obtain the necessary information required for timely credentialing and onboarding.Coordinates provider’s first day details with onsite staff and Regional Directors.Assists with personalizing and compiling a 3-week onboarding schedule.Provides guidance to new providers regarding all schedules and onboarding tasks.Compiles first-day documentation such as MAC forms and log-In sheets.Tracks and records new provider data as necessary for reporting.Sends first-day communications to site staff and leadership.Complies with national PHI laws including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.Maintains continuous sustained attendance.Performs other projects and duties as assigned.Our ideal candidate has:Superior verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.Effective time management.Experience using Excel and the Microsoft Suite.Critical evaluation.Relationship management.Ethical practice.Teamwork.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED.Two or more years of Human Resources experience.One or more years of experience in office-based work.Experience working with Microsoft Suite.
