HR Coordinator

to join our growing team and help us in our vision to give back lives, reunite families, and heal communities that are suffering from the devastating effects of substance use disorder.Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the HR team, providing turnover and ad hoc reporting as needed, involved in the employee exit process and a key player in the overall employee experience.We value our patients and our employees! Current benefits include:Medical, vision, and dental.Short-term and long-term disability options.Life insurance.Employee Assistance and Life Assistance programs.Pet Insurance.Paid time off and paid holidays.The Role:Administer the employee exit process.Administer New Hire and Exit Surveys via our partner survey company.Serve as the point of contact for employee benefit inquiries.Ensure data accuracy within Paylocity, conducting quarterly audits.Provide HRIS support to managers and employees as needed.Generate ad hoc reports for managers and stakeholders.Prepare employee transfer letters as required.Administer the Performance Review process.Review benefit invoices in collaboration with accounting.Distribute updated job descriptions to employees as necessary.Assist the Talent Acquisition team with new employee orientation and onboarding.Assist the Human Resources team with daily filing, employment verifications, and HR inbox inquiries.Perform other duties as assigned.Our

ideal

candidate hasExperience working in HR for an organization with at least 500 employees.Strong written and oral communication.Relationship management.Ethical practice.Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.Teamwork and the ability to work well within and outside of the HR Department teams.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED.3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources.Experience working for an organization with 500 or more employees strongly desired.
