The

Manufacturing Marketing Manager

will be responsible for owning and executing the end-to-end marketing strategy, demand generation, campaign execution, and market positioning for aerospace and automotive. This role requires a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges, trends, and customer needs. You will work closely with product management, sales, vertical leaders, and external partners to create targeted marketing initiatives that drive demand and brand awareness.

What you will be doing:

Marketing Strategy and Planning

Campaign Development and Demand Generation:

Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that build pipeline and are tailored to vertical audiences, including messaging, creative direction, and channel management (digital, events, content, etc.)

Strategic Leadership

: Develop and implement the vertical marketing strategy that aligns with overall company objectives, identifying market opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Cross Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Product Management, Sales, Vertical Leaders and Channel teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings and customer needs.

Market Research & Insights:

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies and product positioning within aerospace and automotive.

Execution

Customer Advocacy:

Build relationships with key customers and leverage them for testimonials, case studies, and industry advocacy within the vertical.

Event Management:

Plan and participate in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences that promote the company’s solutions within the vertical market.

Enablement:

Collaborate with the sales and channel teams to create marketing collateral, case studies, and tools that enable effective marketing within the verticals.

Brand Building:

Champion the brand within the vertical market, ensuring consistency in messaging and strengthening the company's reputation as a leader in 3D printing.

Content Creation:

Work with Marketing Communications on key value propositions, core messaging, and creation of vertical related content.

Research and Measurement

Market Research & Insights:

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies and product positioning within aerospace and automotive.

Performance Metrics:

Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts, ensuring a focus on ROI and continuous improvement.

Must have for this role:

6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2B technology,

2+ years of marketing to Manufacturing industry.

Nice to have:

Additive Manufacturing experience

Aerospace or Automotive experience

Travel required:25%
