$22-$24/hrJob Description:In this role, you will provide comprehensive support in human resources and office administration. You will assist with payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management while also handling administrative tasks like coordinating office supplies, troubleshooting office equipment, and supporting office events.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:Administer payroll using ADP, including managing employee hours, leave, and deductions.Manage employee benefits administration (enrollments, changes, leave).Maintain HR employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Assist with onboarding and offboarding, conducting new hire orientation, and managing exit interviews.Support compliance with labor laws and handle disciplinary actions as needed.Collaborate on budgeting and track HR expenses.Monitor and support employee performance management and development programs.Office Administration:Troubleshoot office equipment (phones, printers, etc.).Coordinate office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and oversee mail distribution.Facilitate shipping/receiving of packages, ensuring timely delivery.Act as the internal point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.Assist in coordinating company events, creating a welcoming workplace culture.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years in an HR or administrative role.Manufacturing industry experience is a plus, but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS, Excel) and ADP is highly preferred.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent internal customer service skills; approachable and supportive.Ability to manage projects and perform various administrative tasks.Comfortable in a small-team environment requiring collaboration and adaptability.
