About the Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified Human Resource Manager to join our team in the Goods Manufacturing industry. As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Your main goal will be to ensure that our company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent in the industry, while also maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:Must be located in within driving distance to Plant City, FLBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial roleStrong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionBilingual English and Spanish, read write and speak fluent in both.Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR)Experience in the Goods Manufacturing industryExperience with HR software and systemsResponsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyManage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidatesOversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance managementAdminister employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time offEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

As the Human Resource Manager, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees, management, and external stakeholders. You will also need to have strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. In addition, you will need to have a deep understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and be able to apply them in a practical and effective manner. Finally, you will need to be proficient in HR software and systems, and be able to use them to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
