Located in Miami Lakes, FL, the firm offers services in Estate Planning, Guardianship, and Health Care Planning.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate & Commercial Paralegal at The Elias Law Firm, PLLC in Miami Lakes, FL. The Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, due diligence, title insurance, leases, and commercial real estate tasks on a day-to-day basis.QualificationsAbility to handle both residential and commercial real estate closings from start to finish.Handle per-closing matters, including but not limited to, reviewing the title commitment and clearing title requirementsHandle post-closing matters, including but not limited to, issuance of title insurance policiesAssist with the preparation of closing documents under the supervision of an attorneyRecord closing documents via Simplifile platformAbility to handle TRID loan closings from start to finishProficiency with Word, Displaysoft, ALTAStar, and SimplifileExceptional communication and writing skillsAbility to work independentlyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience in Commercial Real EstateKnowledge of real estate transactions and legal processesParalegal certification or relevant degreeExperience in the legal field, specifically real estate law, is a plus
