is seeking an experienced
Paralegal/Legal Assistant
with a strong background in
commercial real estate
or
corporate real estate

3+ years of experience
in commercial real estate, with proficiency in conflict checks, engagement letters, and preparing closing binders. If you have experience supporting real estate transactions and are looking for a collaborative, growth-oriented firm, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys in all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financing deals.Conduct conflict checks and assist with the preparation of engagement letters for new clients and matters.Draft, prepare, and organize closing documents and closing binders.Manage and maintain real estate transaction files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and deadlines for real estate transactions.Handle the preparation and review of lease agreements, purchase agreements, title documents, and other related contracts.Assist in the review and analysis of due diligence materials, including title reports, surveys, and other documents related to real estate transactions.Liaise with clients, lenders, title companies, and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction processing.Ensure compliance with state and local regulations, as well as firm policies and procedures.Conduct legal research and prepare memos as needed to support real estate and corporate transactions.Qualifications:3+ years of experience
in commercial real estate or corporate real estate as a paralegal or legal assistant.Strong knowledge of real estate transaction processes, including conflict checks, engagement letters, and closing document preparation.Familiarity with real estate contracts, leases, title documents, and corporate real estate practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate transaction software.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and meet strict deadlines.Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate work.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Paralegal certification is a plus, but not required.
