We are seeking an experienced

Program Manager

to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of programs, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in program management in an industrial engineering or research & development settingProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven work history of creating technically accurate and high quality documentationProficient in project management tools and softwareAbility to analyze data and make informed decisionsPreferred Skills or Experience

PMP certification is a plusKnowledge of battery products is extremely helpfulResponsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, including scope, budget, and scheduleCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of programsMonitor and track program progress, identifying any issues and implementing corrective actionsEstablish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear and open lines of communicationConduct regular status meetings and prepare reports to update senior management on program performanceIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practicesManage program risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary

Salary Range

USD $110,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
