Long-Term Rental Manager/ Real Estate Sales Manager

Position Summary:The Long-Term Rental Manager/ Real Estate Sales is responsible for overseeing the management of long-term rental properties, ensuring the accuracy of lease agreements, handling payment schedules, and maintaining timely rent collections. This role also involves coordinating property upkeep, inspections, and supporting the accounting team. Additionally, this position offers the unique opportunity for the manager to
sell real estate , leveraging their valid Florida Real Estate License to contribute to the resort's property sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Negotiate terms and conditions of long-term rental agreements with prospective tenants.Draft and execute lease or rental agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely rent collections.Oversee bookkeeping functions to ensure accurate posting of tenant payments.Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, or renovations in accordance with management or tenant agreements.Maintain detailed inventories of building contents and property conditions.Perform property inspections to ensure compliance with resort standards.Support the accounting department in collection efforts when necessary.Engage in real estate sales opportunities within the resort community, using your Florida Real Estate License to assist buyers and sellers.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred, or a combination of 1-2 years of related experience.License:
Must hold a valid Florida Real Estate License.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with IQWare software is a plus.Communication Skills:
Ability to read and interpret complex documents, write detailed reports, and present information effectively.Mathematical Skills:
Strong grasp of math concepts, including fractions, percentages, and the ability to calculate area, volume, and interest rates.Problem-Solving:
Capable of addressing practical issues and interpreting various instructions (written, oral, diagram).Customer Service:
Strong focus on delivering exceptional service with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.Additional Requirements:
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.A valid driver's license with no major violations and no more than two minor violations in the past three years.Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension).Physical Demands:
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and arms.Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Must possess specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.Work Environment:
Primarily office-based, with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.The noise level is typically low.
