Description
Impulse is looking for a reliable and organized Operations Coordinator to assist with the management of daily logistics and activities in our Redondo Beach office.
ResponsibilitiesAct as first point of contact for guests, clients, and vendors visiting ImpulseLiaise with external vendors to address facilities maintenance items and office deliveries and distribution of mailAssist with planning social events, team building activities, holiday parties and culture events through-out the yearManage/order food and office suppliesPerform other duties as assigned or requestedMinimum Qualifications
High school diploma, or equivalency certificate2+ years work experienceOutstanding organization, communication, time management, and customer service skillsInitiative in resolving problems and an independent worker, with enthusiasm and an energetic approach to workCapable and willing to run company errandsPreferred Skills and Experience
Bachelors degree preferredDemonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environmentDemonstrated experience improving processes and working within an ambiguous environmentExperience using SharePoint, Team and OutlookDemonstrated experience working effectively in the new space industryWilling to work some overtime hours if neededBi-lingual in English and Spanish
