POSITION SUMMARY
LBMC Technology Solutions is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven
System Admin/Sales Technician
to add to the team. Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical knowledge to an individual's capacity for understanding. The right person for this role must thrive in a rapidly changing environment, while maintaining a busy workload. Candidates should have broad technical experience including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, security and various cloud hosting platforms.The preference is for the individual to be local to middle Tennessee. There will be some local travel, along with remote work.
PRIMARY DUTIES | RESPONSIBILITIESInternal IT Administration & Support: Work with our technical and security teams to manage our tools, perform internal support tasks and assist with internal IT projects.Solution Design: Work with clients to understand their specific requirements and design customized IT solutions that address their unique challenges and objectives.Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical resource throughout the sales process.Proposal Development: Prepare detailed and accurate proposals, including technical specifications, project timelines, and cost estimates.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our services in the market.Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and support staff, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experience.Orders: Support technical product orders to meet the requirements and timelines associated with client needs and projects.Onsite and remote customer prospect interaction are required.Technical Training: Conduct training sessions for the sales team and clients to enhance their understanding of our solutions and their benefits.Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development and service delivery teams to drive continuous improvement.QUALIFICATION | SKILLS
3+ years of administration/engineer or sales engineer experienceExperience on Office 365 migrations is preferredExperience with Network/Switching is preferredWindows Server/Active DirectoryAmazon Web Services experience is a plus.Microsoft Azure experience is a plusMac skills are desiredExperience with Windows deployment and supportExperience with end user support and customer serviceAttention to detail and strong time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRelevant technical and security certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plusExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
