Reporting to the Director, Corporate Partnerships, the Manager of Corporate Partnerships oversees all aspects of LACMA's corporate membership program including prospecting, solicitation, implementation and renewal. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for executing activation plans for an assigned portfolio of LACMA's corporate partners.

Responsibilities

Manages all elements of LACMA's annual corporate membership program including growth strategy, with oversight from supervisor.Coordinates all aspects of sponsorship fulfillment from initiation to completion, including the delivery of marketing, communication/social, digital, entertainment and hospitality benefits.Works within the department to research and define new business opportunities and growth strategies across various museum programs.Works with department administrative assistants to develop necessary sponsorship proposals and to maintain a list of sponsorship levels and benefits across all LACMA programs.Drafts and negotiates corporate membership and sponsorship contracts.Drafts solicitations for new business, renewals and acknowledgment letters.Supports invoicing, gift processing and cash transmittals; sends gift receipts and ensures data accuracy of all files.Coordinates event invitations and other communications that support corporate member and partner cultivation.Using department financial tracker, prepares financial reports and revenue based on renewal rate and anticipated new business.Attends and works all corporate member/partner hosted events at LACMA, as assigned (events often take place in the evening and occasionally on the weekend).Collaborates closely with the events team to generate venue rentals from existing and new corporate members/partners.Helps arrange tickets and private tours for members/partners.Attends exhibition presentations, quarterly education department meetings and business-essential special events.Works with the box office team on necessary promo codes for corporate member/partner access to the museum.Maintains regular and reliable attendance and participates actively and collectively as a team member within the Development department.Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.Benefits

The expected salary range for this Los Angeles, CA based position is $66,560.00 - $67,000.00, subject to change, and the position is eligible for LACMA's comprehensive benefits package, including pension plan.LACMA is committed to providing its employees with valuable and competitive benefits as a core part of a strong overall employee experience.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience with corporate sponsorship in either a non-profit or for-profit setting; experience with membership programs preferred.
