What will I do?
Duties and Responsibilities:Hire, train and coach a sales team across the Bluebird North regionDrive daily activity to support key performance indicatorsEstablish working relationships with customers, network providers and partnersManage the performance and activities of the Enterprise Sales team that represents Bluebird NetworkConduct analysis to manage performance levels of sales against market developments and company objectives;Prepare and present a variety of status reports including activity, closings, and follow-ups;Supervise the negotiating of terms of various service agreements and closing sales that meet or exceed Bluebird's defined sales objectives;Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers;Gather market and customer information to enhance product performance and service;Participate in marketing events such as trade shows and seminars;Deliver presentations of products and services at customer sites and exhibitions and conferences;Provide input to Bluebird's Service Delivery Team to ensure proper documentation and timely completion of orders for customers;Provide input to Bluebird's CRO to ensure customer future needs are factored into network evolution plans;Other tasks may be assigned as needed.Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales leader experienceMinimum of 5 years' experience in sales capacity in the telecommunications industryExperienced in Sales Management System (CRM);Experience working in ConnectBase would be helpfulSkills and Abilities:
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to meet goalsAbility to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projectsAbility to interact with customers and respond to expectationsLeadership abilityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel as neededProficient in Microsoft Office Software
