Operational Readiness Project Manager -
Ohio, US - 12-Month Contract
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Operational Readiness Project Manager to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.
Key Responsibilities:Partner with leaders and SMEs to develop operational readiness scope across multiple technical areas simultaneously.Lead cross-functional project teams to develop operational readiness scope into an integrated schedule.Manage and track execution of operational readiness deliverables and provide required metrics for stakeholder accountability.Integrate operational readiness schedules with the overall project schedule to enable integrated critical path tracking.Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Project Management, driving good Project Management best practices across all areas of influence.
Basic Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other scientific discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and 10 years of experience managing projects in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.Experience working in a GMP environment preferred.Experience with capital project execution.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience utilizing Microsoft Project or other project scheduling software.Ability to work as a team leader to execute multi-disciplined projects.Strong organizational skills.CAPM or PMP CertificationExperience with Oracle Primavera P6 Ability to work in person preferred.If this role is of interest to you, please apply now!
