Business Analyst - Pharmaceuticals - Ohio - 12 months This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn. Responsibilities: Propose Stage: Evaluate ideas and requests for enhancements Design Stage: Capture user requirements and review/validate system configuration Develop Stage: Manage configuration progress Test Stage: Finalize test plans/scripts/scenarios and conduct user acceptance testing Deploy Stage: Develop deployment plan and support data lads, migration and cleansing Support stage: Provide post go live hypercare Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 5 years of experience in business analysis, especially in deploying software such as Oracle Unifier. Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and regulatory compliance within Oracle-based systems. Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and document processes clearly and effectively. Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations is preferred.
