Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our sales team. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong business acumen, and previous sales experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutionsMeet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunitiesConduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clientsNegotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clientsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementationKeep accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to managementStay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activityParticipate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledgeQualifications:
Previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with clientsResults-driven and motivated to achieve sales targetsHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
