Monitor and maintain the performance and security of computer systems and networks.Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network components.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions.Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and processes.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.Expertise in managing Linux and Windows operating systems.Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).Good understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
