Drive traffic for the sales and service department by setting appointments for prospective customersHandling incoming calls, following up on customer visits, responding to Internet request,Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointmentsProvide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resourcesFollow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-showsRequirements:
Previous call center experience is a huge plusDealership experience preferred but not requiredTeam-oriented • Prompt and courteousWilling and able to make a designated amount of outbound calls each dayPossess excellent communication skillsComfortable with computers and technology systemsPhone experience at any level is preferred but not required
