THE ROLE: Specialist, Services and Subscriptions Job Summary: As a Cisco Contract Renewal Specialist your primary role is to manage Presidio's customers' Cisco maintenance service contracts, create contract renewal quotes, enter contract renewal orders and work with Account Executives and regional ISRs in successfully booking renewals. This position works cooperatively with regional management, account executives and inside sales representatives to promote and develop the Cisco branded maintenance service practice with the goal of increasing both initial attach rate and renewal rate. The Cisco Contract Renewal Specialist will also interface between the customer and Cisco to renew the contracts in a timely manner. Travel Requirements: This position requires minimal travel. Job Responsibilities: Management of Cisco maintenance service contracts Track and report on annuity renewals by customer and by region Maintain and reconcile an end-users Cisco inventory/licensing and software and proactively manage this process quarterly and annually Proactively manage customer renewals by creating quotes, contacting and informing Presidio sales representative and customers regarding contract renewals that results in closing sales Participate in customer facing meetings to explain and educate on maintenance programs, benefits of maintaining inventory under maintenance and overall assist in maintaining a shared partnership with customer and Cisco Participate in OEM meetings; strategize on end-user proposal relating to renewal; single year, multi-year, transition to Flex/Enterprise Agreements and additional current programs Work as an interface and subject matter expert between Presidio, Cisco and the end-user for the maintenance contracts practice Triage all Cisco services related questions and issues Work with regional management, account executives and inside sales associates to promote and develop the Cisco branded maintenance service practice with the goal of increasing both initial attach rate and renewal rate Understand existing pricing and promotional deals available for commercial, education, and public sector customers to offer best price to end-user Accurately forecast a pipeline of weekly and monthly renewals for booking Collaborate with manufacturer reps to secure pricing, ensure timely renewals and accurate forecasting Make outbound sales calls for renewals and close sales for renewals Provide customer service to end-users, Presidio sales representatives, inside sales, engineers and project management team by resolving contract issues and streamlining the customer renewal experience Prepare and process orders utilizing internal tools Track orders to completion, escalate (as required), and ensure accurate booking Prepare and deliver Quarterly business reviews to clients as required Required Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel Flexibility for on-site travel for internal/external meetings Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience 1-3 years experi
