CFO
for their
Mount Laurel, NJ
manufacturing site.The
CFO
will be responsible for overseeing financial, risk management, and cost accounting of the organization, including strategic analysis of operations and creation of secure internal controls.Responsibilities:Direct and develop finance, IT, and cost accounting departmentsOversight of strategic business plans implementationDevelop organizational financial/controlling systemsDirect budgeting and capital request processesEstablish targeted KPI systemOversee and regularly improve organization’s ERP systemLead subsidiary company financial operationsAnalyze and address company risksMonitor and maintain internal control systemMonitor cash forecasts and balancesEnsure organizational compliance with regulatory and legal complianceSkills/ Competencies:Chemical Manufacturing industry experienceCPA and MBA preferred5+ years controller experience (including cost accounting) within a manufacturing environment5+ years SAP experienceProject and Risk Management experienceAdvanced Excel and BI tools proficiencyAdditional Details:Must be local candidate.Employment Type: Direct HireSalary: $200k + bonus.The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
