Starting Salary:
$69,000 - $79,000 annually
(Starting salary depends on education and experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Director of Facilities will develop maintenance plans and wrap around facilities maintenance efforts to support the programs of Cornerstones of Care. They will drive a consistent and precise standard of service for our facilities team including our cleaning, building maintenance & grounds service. The Director of Facilities will ensure the facilities team is operating in support of Cornerstones of Care strategic plans. The Director of Facilities will be responsible to track assets and data in coordination with the Executive Director of Infrastructure and Facilities and the leadership team. The Director of Facilities will help to develop and lead the program operating budgets and successfully support the work of Cornerstones of Care programs by managing facilities projects of all types.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience
Three (3) years of building services experience preferably with a multi-site establishment
Three (3) years of manager/supervisory experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to perform a range of physical motions including, but not limited to:
Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Standing, walking, sitting for long periods of time.
Kneeling, squatting, and stooping.
Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
