Define the long-term vision for products and domains, leading technical execution towards those goals.Collaborate with business and IT teams to design solutions that incorporate software changes and align with technology roadmaps.Serve as the primary liaison with software vendors, ensuring smooth integration and identifying impacts of system updates.Provide coaching and mentoring to engineers while continuously improving technology products and services.Benefits and Perks

5+ years of IT or engineering experience, including working with third-party software and in-house applications.Expertise in reactive architecture, microservices, and decentralized data flows.3-5 years of experience with Java 17+, Spring 6.x, Spring Boot 3.x, and RESTful API development.Familiarity with hybrid cloud/on-premise environments and core banking platforms (a plus).Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills, with a background in agile methodologies.
