Develop client relationships with key representatives in supporting client’s corporate real estate goals and objectives.Essential Functions:As a Facilities Coordinator, you will perform advanced administrative duties related to the management and operation of a client's facilities by providing a work environment consistent with their culture and high standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform all tasks and projects assigned by JLL leadership - Facility Manager, Senior Facility Manager, or Regional Facility Manager.Manage tickets in work order database. Each day, use the online tools to see which tickets are due today and tomorrow. Take action on all tickets assigned every day. Update notes in Corrigo and SIM every day.Thoroughly and consistently manage PMs. Everyday, check Corrigo dashboard to determine which PM's are due within the following 60 days. Take actions on all tickets assigned, such as - contacting vendors to schedule work, upload maintenance reports from vendors, create tickets for any recommended repairs.Pro-actively communicate urgent information accurately and efficiently to Facility Manager.Perform daily site walks with extra focus on all restrooms, breakrooms, kitchenettes, and large conference rooms. Create Corrigo tickets for all items observed.Coordinate services with GREF vendor partners (SPS, Security, PPM, etc…). This includes routine services and special projects based on scope provided by Facilities Manager.Understand principles of fiscal responsibility (based on GREF standards, Amazon Leadership Principles, and FM guidance) while taking every reasonable precaution to prevent wasteful spending.Deliver positive and effective customer service to on-site Amazon employees and local business units while maintaining integrity of GREF and JLL standards.Communicate with Facilities Manager for all applicable maintenance, service, and operational items.Maintain and update Inside Pages.Develop and maintain positive and professional working relationships with on-site Amazon Executive Admins and Business Unit Leaders.Maintain daily awareness of on-site special events, fire drills, moves, vendor partner and business unit activities by communicating with vendors and partners and communicating to facilities team.Coordinate and communicate all vendor access (office supplies, first aid kits, kitchenettes), this includes but is not limited to vending services, janitorial, pest control, signage, and maintenance contractors.Serve as primary contact for coordinating outside vendor services related to the facilities operations (office supplies, first aid kits, kitchenettes), this includes but is not limited to café services, janitorial, pest control, signage, and maintenance contractors.Proactively communicate professional needs, problems, and feedback to pertinent management personnel. Arrive to meetings prepared to contribute and ask questions.Assist with site openings and site expansions, and then performing duties in adherence to the timeline established by GREF leadership.Complete all other duties as assigned.Estimated total compensation for this position:
