What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Lead the implementation of Salesforce platform projects from launch to successful deploymentProvide strategic guidance and business process consulting to clientsDefine solutions and establish architecture for Salesforce applicationsManage project governance, deliverables, schedules, resources, and costsMentor junior consultant resources and contribute to the pre-sales process
What is Required (Qualifications):Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing IT solutions in a consulting capacity2+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform and 3 years of team leadership experienceExperience with multiple implementations of the Salesforce platform (core)5 years of experience implementing software development lifecycle processesPreferred certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Administrator
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Experience in a consulting role with a focus on Salesforce platform implementationsAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce products and their application in business processesProven track record of successful project management and client relationship managementStrong problem-solving skills and ability to develop corrective action plansDemonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members
