to join their
Product Design & User Interface Patent Prosecution Practice Group . This position is open to all firm offices, with a preference for
Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, DC, Houston, Denver, Kansas City, Phoenix, or St. Louis .Candidate Profile:JD
from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record (for Associate candidates).Bar Admission in Georgia, Illinois, District of Columbia, Texas, Colorado, Missouri, or Arizona, as applicable (for Associate candidates).Admission to the USPTO
is required for both Associate and Patent Agent candidates.2+ years
of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.Degree in physics, electrical engineering, or computer science required.Strong law firm, engineering, or industry experience, with superb writing and communication skills.Preferred experience in one or more of the following :
Software-related technologiesArtificial intelligence-related technologiesIoT, networking, and related technologiesQuantum technologies
