(FT) Assistant Director, One Stop and Enrollment Services *REPOSTED*

Coordinates, directs and supervises Student Services staff and oversees the day-to-day operations for One-Stop and Enrollment Services.Responsibilities:
Provides support to the Director in implementing strategies that will enable the college to meet specific enrollment targets.Assists Director with the hiring and training of staff.Assists with identifying focused opportunities for professional development for Admissions staff.Implements and maintains policies and procedures that streamline services and support the overall enrollment process.Works collaboratively with other departments regarding student inquiries and improve the overall student experience.Serves as the Designated School Official (DSO) for the Student & Exchange Visitor System (SEVIS) and as the primary college contact for prospective international students.Serves as international student Admissions and Academic advisor (in collaboration with the Advising department) throughout students’ complete time at the College.Responsible for obtaining all required admission documentation and admitting International students.Tracks and reports to the US Immigration & Customs Enforcement (SEVIS) all issues regarding student status according to federal rules and regulations and issues the appropriate I-20 and acceptance materials.Keeps current with all federally-issued updates and changes to student visa rules and regulations as they apply to non-immigrant student visas to maintain and ensure college compliance.Provides guidance to staff and faculty on admitting and maintaining students in various immigration statuses.Oversees the day-to-day operations of the One Stop Welcome Center.Oversees enrollment process for admissions, registration, financial aid, and other enrollment-related services within the One Stop Welcome Center.Maintains online CRM application system and updates programs, terms, fields, etc. as necessary.Utilizes Ellucian Colleague and CRM application software to create and manage Enrollment communications initiatives.Reviews and makes recommendations on all One Stop and Enrollment publications, updates web pages for the department to ensure accuracy and consistency, and maintains an inventory of office forms, making updates as necessary.Reviews and makes recommendations on the input of Enrollment data in the student management system.Coordinates the use and maintenance of the ImageNow scanning system.Coordinates the transcript acceptance and evaluation processes to ensure effective time frames and processes.Manages the application process for the Nursing and Health Science programs.Ensures the provision of quality customer service to prospective students.Performs related duties as assigned.Education:
Bachelor’s degree.Experience:
Experience working with Ellucian’s Colleague or similar management information system.Previous community college experience preferred.Supervisory experience preferred.Competencies and Skills:
High level of management, writing, and organizational skills.Strong computer and reporting skills.Knowledge of college admissions policies and procedures.Demonstrated knowledge of international student admissions practices.Terms of Employment:
This position may require flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
