This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining modern software solutions that lean on data to drive business insights and support critical decisions in our businesses. We’re looking for a seasoned Software Engineer who has experience developing event-driven, serverless, microservice-based, and scalable solutions in the cloud. Ideal candidates are naturally curious, constantly looking out for and eliminating edge cases, and recognize the value of automation and test development early in the development process.This position will be based at Revantage’s office in Dallas, TX.How You Add ValueRequirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related experienceMinimum of 7 years’ experience in software engineeringSignificant experience developing applications in Python or .NETSignificant experience in building cloud-based solutions (Azure or AWS)Experience building serverless (FaaS) workloads on Azure or AWSSolid understanding of event-based and containerized workloadsUnderstanding of application logging and monitoring services and patternsExperience developing, hosting and supporting REST APIsKnowledge of testing methodologies, frameworks, and test-driven developmentPrevious experience mentoring and influencing technical professionalsAbility to travel 10% in the USPerks for YouCompetitive salary, overall compensation, and 401(k)Work-life balance offerings include:
