Responsibilities & QualificationsNovelis in Atlanta, GA has an opportunity to participate in our hybrid summer 2025 internship. The Novelis Global HR Technology team is seeking a System Analyst Intern. The ideal candidate will be supporting various applications, research, data management, system & process improvement activities, reporting needs and/or associated interfaces/integrations.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Rewards & Recognition:

Novelis applicant tracking system (iCIMS) Optimization and Adoption projects.

Support the development of HR metrics and dashboards.

Contribute to data quality assurance and clean-up efforts.

Collaborate with cross functional team members on the projects and initiatives.

This position will help improve TA operational efficiency as well as elevated internal and external user experience.

Global HR Technology Operations:

Partner with Quality Assurance team to design test cases.

Review existing reports and provide recommendations on how to streamline, present data in visually appealing formats and provide insights for improvement efforts.

Document processes for IT & AskHR knowledgebases (as needed).

Compensation:

Understand the Compensation team needs, learn about compensation systems/integrations and contribute to process and system improvement efforts.

Collaborate with Compensation teams across different regions, assist in gathering system requirements & workflows to help identify technology gaps, drive ideas on ways to improve the Compensation systems.

Contribute to the optimization of Compensation processes and technology solutions to improve the users’ experience during the Compensation planning cycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

Enrolled in an accredited 4-year University.

Must be a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or recent Graduate.

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business or related fields.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills which are essential for interacting with all levels of the organization.

Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Preferred Qualifications:

GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Ability to learn, research and absorb information.

Interested in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation.

Teamwork focused.

Familiar with MS Office suite.

Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and time management skills.
