Your ‘day to day’:

As a Manager, Employee Relations Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting executives, corporate employees, and hourly staff within a dynamic, global company. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and conducting investigations into policy violations, workplace disputes, and other employee concerns.

Providing consultation to management on employee issues, including disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations.

Ensuring consistent application of employment policies and compliance with local, state, and federal laws (e.g., EEO, FMLA, ADA).

Partnering with cross-functional teams in HR, Legal, and other departments to implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.

Coaching and advising leaders on employee engagement, career development, and conflict resolution.

Administering employee programs, including leave management, diversity initiatives, and grievance handling.

Supporting organizational change initiatives by aligning HR practices with business transformations.

Who we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-7 years of progressive experience in employee relations, labor relations, or human resources management.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead investigations and provide data-driven recommendations.

Business acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism in managing sensitive information.

Experience mentoring HR teams and providing leadership coaching is a plus.

MUST BE local to Stamford CT

MUST BE legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual Base Salary Range: $145,000 - $175,000
