IT at PMI

The PMI Technology & Platform Engineering team delivers technology solutions that allow PMI IT groups and users to implement their digital strategies efficiently, at scale, and in compliance. Our global services include building and running technology platforms with DevOps, advanced Data Platforms using AI, Digital Workplace services, a comprehensive WAN, LAN, WLAN network, and robust cybersecurity solutions to protect PMI's digital assets and data. They collaborate closely with our External Service Providers to support PMI's infrastructure worldwide.

We are looking to hire a Head of Infrastructure Services to help us deliver this ambitious transformation. This position will be part of an agile team of Technology professionals working on building the future of PMI infrastructure, supporting our Cloud Transformation journey and business growth in US, strategic market for PMI. Working collaboratively with your team, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and operating PMI's digital infrastructure, which supports factories, offices, and retail locations across the US market.

Your ‘day to day’:

Collaborating with senior stakeholders to comprehend business development and craft a Technology Roadmap for the company.

Representing the global Technology & Platform Engineering team as part of the broader IT Management Team in the US.

Overseeing and managing global Infrastructure Services, including Cloud, Network, digital workplace, and security solutions, to ensure their functional and technical advancements while adhering to PMI guidelines.

Setting up specific objectives, supervising operational metrics of usage and availability in order to initiate actions to improve solution adoption.

Leading a diverse and distributed team of subject matter specialists, finding ways to optimize project approach and execution methodologies, and improving team collaboration.

In charge of communication, regularly reporting progress to partners and stakeholders.

Initiating and driving IT transformation projects within agreed scope, timing, budget, and resources.

Who we’re looking for:

10+ years of experience in leading and delivering major infrastructure and technology services across various domains, including Cloud, Network services, Digital Workplace, cybersecurity solutions, DevOps, AI, and ML.

Extensive technical experience with Cloud services (AWS and/or Azure), along with solid knowledge of other infrastructure components (Network, Security, DevOps), ideally backed by certifications from vendors like AWS, CISCO, or Microsoft.

Experience in managing global infrastructure vendors delivering services through a managed service approach.

Seasoned experience of product management, Agile delivery tools and methodologies (e.g. SAFE).

Strong sense of accountability in driving results and decision-making.

A collaborative approach, comfortable in dealing with all types of external and internal partners with a consumer-centric mindset.

Passion for continuous learning in a changing environment.

Expertise in the setup and management of distributed teams and in motivating project teams and/or indirect team members.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively within the organization.

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Fluent in English.

Annual Base Salary Range: $188,000-$258,000
