Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient individual to join our team as the Manager Microsoft DynFO365. This role will spearhead the architecture design & review of the MS DynFO ERP solution in PMI US. If you have a proven history of designing & architecting solutions for manufacturing & operations on MS DynFO in a process industry or FMCG setup, coupled with expertise in Integrations and Process Design, this role presents a unique opportunity to define and lead the MS DynFO platform for the US.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate & propose manufacturing & allied process architecture based on MS DynFO.
Review & define interfaces with adjacent functionality - MES/ QMS/ LIMS/ LMS/ DMS/ Time/ BMS.
Integration mastery: Utilize your advanced business process skills to identify best fit solutions for business needs and establish & manage roadmaps for solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
12-15 years of progressive experience in ERP systems implementations focusing on MS DynFO.
Led at least 2 end-to-end implementations of MS DynFO for Operations (Production Planning & Execution, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, Inventory, Logistics).
In-depth understanding of the MS DynFO platform & technology.
Proven track record of implementing agile methodologies and utilizing advanced project management tools.
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective conveyance of complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
