What you'll doWe are looking for an extraordinary Product Development Leader to provide strategic counsel and support to Docusign’s Executive Vice President of Product. In this operations and planning-oriented role, you will optimize leadership impact, drive critical initiatives, and communicate the Product organization’s priorities across the company. If you have a proven track record of cultivating trust, thinking strategically and implementing tactically, chances are that this role is for you. Together with the Product leadership team, you will play a critical role to unlock the potential of the entire organization by introducing new operating rhythms, revenue optimization programs, and new ways of working. This is a high-leverage role that serves as an enabler for revenue growth and operating efficiency for Docusign, and requires excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the EVP, Chief Product Officer.ResponsibilityServe as a trusted advisor to the EVP, Product and other leaders on strategy, organizational effectiveness, operations, and strategic planningReview, design, and implement improvements to the team’s talent strategy and organizational structure, and help to close knowledge and skill gaps across the teamRepresent the priorities of the Product organization to partners throughout the company, accelerating engagement and consensus on top prioritiesDiagnose and implement process improvements including automation, communications, and cross-team collaboration to optimize the overall success of the teamDevelop and improve operational systems and reviews to drive progress on the organization's objectives, and drive central initiatives that span the Product organization and adjacent teamsPartner with FP&A, Strategy, and Analytics teams to facilitate budgeting processes, establishing a clear link between strategic goals and budget allocation and return on investmentCreate, plan, and facilitate staff meetings to accomplish clear and effective decision making, tracking, and reporting on follow-up actionsManage preparation of presentations, key messages and speaking notes, including agendas for team Town Hall meetings, leadership meetings and off-sitesTest and learn new ways of working, practices, and rituals in order to foster a thriving culture of teamwork

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $171,500.00 - $277,025.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.Global benefits provide options for the following:Paid Time Off: earned time off, as well as paid company holidays based on regionPaid Parental Leave: take up to six months off with your child after birth, adoption or foster care placementFull Health Benefits Plans: options for 100% employer paid and minimum employee contribution health plans from day one of employmentRetirement Plans: select retirement and pension programs with potential for employer contributionsLearning and Development: options for coaching, online courses and education reimbursementsCompassionate Care Leave: paid time off following the loss of a loved one and other life-changing events
