Company Overview:Twice Tyger is a boutique winery nestled on 17 acres of organically and sustainably farmed vineyards in Morgan Hill, California, where we cultivate 11 varietals. We’ve recently bottled our first 1,000 cases of estate wine, and as we prepare to bring this exceptional product to market, we are ramping up to produce approximately 2,500 cases annually by 2025. Our estate is in development, with an architecturally inspired production facility and tasting pavilion set for completion in 2026. Our website, featuring Commerce7 and MailChimp integration, will launch in November 2024. We are dedicated to crafting high-quality wine and creating an unparalleled hospitality experience at our estate.
Position Overview:We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager who is dynamic, resourceful, and ready to lead our brand into the marketplace. This multifaceted role requires a blend of sales acumen, industry-specific knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and executing our marketing and sales strategies. Key responsibilities include:PricingDirect-to-consumer salesRestaurant partnershipsWine club and allocation managementOverseeing tastings once our facility is operationalThis role reports directly to the Founder & CEO of Twice Tyger.
Performance-Based Incentives:
Sales Bonuses:
Based on metrics such as revenue growth, wine club membership expansion, and event sales, potentially adding 10-20% to the base salary to directly reward impactful efforts.Commission:
A 5% commission on net sales.
