We guard these values and attributes fiercely.About the Position:The PCI Compliance and Data Privacy Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance and data privacy within the organization. This role requires knowledge of networks and cybersecurity, as well as the ability to lead audits, manage compliance-related projects, and ensure that all necessary policies, procedures, and documentation are up to date. The specialist will work closely with location managers to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role may require occasional travel to various locations to conduct audits and meet with location managers.Accountability:Ensure adherence to PCI DSS and data privacy regulations (e.g., TDPSA, OCPA, CPRA).Conduct regular audits to assess and document compliance with applicable standards.Stay informed of the latest cybersecurity threats and ensure the company’s systems are protected in compliance with PCI and privacy standards.Maintain clear and accurate records of compliance activities, audit results, and remediation efforts.Communication:Develop, maintain, and update policies and procedures related to PCI compliance and data privacy.Prepare and present reports on compliance status to senior management and location managers.Provide training and guidance to users on PCI compliance and data privacy requirements.Family:Support the IT and cybersecurity teams in identifying and addressing vulnerabilities in the network infrastructure.Collaborate with IT and security teams to identify and mitigate security risks related to PCI and data privacy.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT and operations, to implement security controls.Exceptional Service:Lead internal and external PCI compliance and data privacy audits.Manage projects related to PCI compliance, data privacy, and cybersecurity initiatives.Ensure timely completion of compliance tasks and reports.Profitability:Assist with developing educational materials and SOPs to promote a culture of data security and compliance across the organization.Initiate streamlining efforts to enhance organizational process improvements.About YOU:Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or IT preferred or equivalent experience.2 years minimum preferred in PCI compliance, data privacy, or related roles.Knowledge of networks, firewalls, encryption, and cybersecurity best practices.Experience in conducting audits and managing compliance-related projects.Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as TDPSA, OCPA, CPRA, etc.Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.Certifications such as CISA, CEH, or Sec+ are a plus.What We Can Offer You for All Your Hard Work:Vacation/Sick for full-time and part-time employeesHoliday for full-time and part-time employeesDiscount programs$65K-$70KAce Parking is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
